After leaving my job with the FBI, I brought that same focus and discipline into the kitchen, trading files for flour. Every cookie is baked fresh and crafted with care, offering a unique balance of flavor, texture, and heart.

My entrepreneurial journey began at age nine with a farm stand named Scrappy’s, where I sold fresh produce and homemade treats alongside my grandfather, Sparky. Those early days taught me the joy of hard work — and the magic of sharing good food. My love for baking truly began in my grandmother's, Nanny's, kitchen, where we’d spend hours measuring, mixing, and laughing over trays of cookies. That SPARK grew into a full-blown baking business built on love for food, family, and community. From childhood recipes to culinary school, every step has led to Just Chippy’s — no shortcuts, just real ingredients and joyful baking.
