Honestly? I’ve never had one last longer than a day. But if you manage it, our cookies are good for 7 days at room temperature after a 2–3 day delivery period (that’s up to 10 days total), or up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

Please note: cookies made with fresh fruit and jams may have a slightly shorter shelf life.

Yes! While our cookies are best enjoyed at room temperature, you’re welcome to warm them. Remove the cookie from the packaging and microwave our large cookies for 5–8 seconds. Mini cookies can warm up very quickly, 3-5 seconds. Some flavors may warm more quickly than others, so please monitor closely.

If you prefer a chilled cookie, they’ll stay good in the fridge for up to two weeks— though we can't promise the same fresh-baked magic when they first arrived.

To freeze, store in their plastic bag or airtight container and thaw on the counter for 4–6 hours.

Our cookies are made in small batches and hand-portioned, which means each one is slightly unique. While our packaging is printed at 4 oz, the baked weight of each cookie typically ranges between 3.2–3.5 oz. This is noted prior to checkout so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

Due to a packaging misprint, a large batch of bags reflects the incorrect weight. As a growing small business, we purchase packaging in large quantities to keep costs manageable and minimize waste. Rather than discard thousands of perfectly usable bags, we have chosen to make you aware of this misprint prior to your purchase. We are using our current inventory while continuing to focus on what matters most: premium ingredients, generous sizing, and incredible flavor.
